Well since a normal 600i Explorer is $475, idk what the LTI variants go for but I'm going to base off of store price since it'll be easier.
Account sales usually go for 40-55% melt value, but since there is no melt value I would say closer to 20-30%, and that's if you find a buyer, which you might. So maybe like $100? That's how I would price it since it's not got concierge, no game package, the 120m star kitten maybe adds $20 if you're lucky since those are extremely common now.
TLDR; $130 max is what I would pay, and even then I'd have to *REALLY* consider it

Unfortunately there are a bunch of scammers out there and ya gotta be careful. While I'm glad you used PayPal you should be able to get your money back pretty quickly due to it.
Sometimes it depends, if they can keep the money long enough they can transfer the money out, but that requires them to have the account set up and some money sent back and forth before hand.

Personally I think you could easily get $300 for the account if the Polaris is the only thing on it, if not $300 then $250.
Regardless it would be worth more than melting it down and selling the credits off

Actually unfortunately you're unable to CCU up from the PTV for some reason
The original ship that was CCUd to the Valk was the Andromeda.
The PTV is NOT special in this pack, the PTV itself is just unable to be upgraded from. Period.
That's why despite the PTV being cheaper ($15) than the Aurora ($20) the Aurora is the base ship for store credits.
He's got it up for sale @ $325 btw
Cheapest way will probably cost ~$170-200 depending.
I'd recommend buying an upgrade in store from the ICA to the Hammerhead with store credit if you have it. Then someone somewhere has a hammerhead to Polaris here in the sub, I'd have to find it again to tell you for sure
